Job summary

Deschutes Brewery Portland Public House is seeking part-time dishwashers who thrive in a fast-paced kitchen and are committed to the highest cleanliness and safety standards. A sense of urgency, attention to detail, and quality are required. Competitive compensation (DOE).

Eligible for medical, dental, vision, 401k, ESOP and paid vacation. Duties include presoak and scrub of silverware, pre-rinsing, loading into the dishwasher, inspecting for cleanliness, restocking, and helping with food prep

Responsibilities

• Presoak and scrub all silverware.
• Pre-rinse all dishes and pots with sprayer.
• Load items into the dishwasher and run the machine.
• Unload and inspect for remaining particles; rewash if needed.
• Adhere to sanitation standards and safety protocols.
• Restock silverware and plates as needed.
• Assist with trash, compost, and recycling.

The Deschutes Brewery Portland Public House is looking for part-timeDishwashers, who are driven, excel in a fast-paced kitchen, and are committed to the highest standards of cleanliness and safety. A sense of urgency, attention to detail and commitment to quality are required! Competitive Compensation (DOE). Full time Position Benefits include medical, dental, vision, 401k, ESOP, and paid vacation.

Duties include but are not limited to:

• Presoak and scrub all silverware
• Pre-rinse all dishes & pots with sprayer
• Load silverware, dishes, and pots into dishwashing machine and run machine
• Unload machine and inspect dishes for remaining food particles, rewashing as necessary
• Adhere to required sanitation standards
• Restock silverware and plates at as necessary
• Responsible or emptying trash, compost, and recycling
• May assist with food prep tasks as needed
