At Tucker's our dishwasher and general utility person isresponsible for maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards for glassware,tableware, cooking utensils, etc., using machine and manual cleaning methods.This position also ensures the dishwashing area is maintained as a clean, safeand sanitary facility.
