Olympia Hospitality is seeking a dedicated Dishwasher to support kitchen operations in Chicago. You will help keep dishes, pots, and utensils clean and sanitary, operate the dishwasher safely, and assist with general kitchen clean-up.

Responsibilities

• Operate commercial dishwashing equipment in a safe and efficient manner.
• Wash, rinse, and sanitize dishes, pots and pans, utensils, and other kitchen equipment by hand or using dishwashers.
• Sort and stack clean dishes properly, ensuring they are stored in designated areas.
• Empty and clean trash receptacles regularly.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the dishwashing area, including floors, walls, and countertops.
• Follow all safety and sanitation policies and procedures, including proper handling of chemicals and cleaning agents.
• Adhere to proper food handling and storage guidelines to prevent cross-contamination and ensure food safety.
• Collaborate with other kitchen staff to maintain a smooth and efficient workflow.
