Job summary

Integrated Real Estate Group is hiring a Dishwasher / Utility Worker to support kitchen operations in Texas. The role focuses on operating the dish machine, maintaining cleanliness, and assisting with basic food service tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Certification: State food service certification required, if applicable.
• Skills: Ability to read, write, and understand English; basic technical skills for routine tasks.

Responsibilities

• Dishwashing Operations: Operate the dish machine, wash dishes, glasses, trays, silverware, and food service equipment.
• Machine Maintenance: Set up and clean the dish machine area; monitor temperatures and soap dispensing levels.
• Equipment Storage: Properly store clean equipment and utensils.
• Sanitation Support: Maintain clean and sanitary food preparation and service areas.
• Waste Management: Empty trash and transport waste to designated disposal area.
• Floor Care: Sweep and mop floors to maintain cleanliness and safety.
• Temperature Documentation: Complete all required temperature logs during each shift.
• Order Assistance: Assist with receiving and organizing orders as needed.
• Dress Code & Hygiene: Follow dress code standards and maintain proper personal hygiene.

About the Role

The Dishwasher is responsible for operating the dish machine and maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the dishwashing area to support efficient kitchen operations.
