Responsibilities

• Provides clean, sparkling silverware and dishes for guests.
• Cleans the inside of the restaurant to provide a pleasant, safe environment.
• Cleans around the outside of the building and the parking lot.
• Checks, cleans, and stocks the rest rooms.
• Empties trash and maintains back dock area cleanliness.
• Thoroughly cleans and organizes the utility area.
• Performs duty roster and ensures cleanliness, services, and quality standards are met.
• Stocks Cook, Line, and Server areas with appropriate glassware, silverware, and dishes.
• Maintains organization, speed, and cleanliness.
• Reports equipment or facility problems to the Manager.
• Follows position responsibilities related to just-in-time delivery and guest service.
