Miss Hall's School in Pittsfield, MA seeks a Dishwasher/Utility Prep to support our dining program. This 12-month role includes dishwashing, kitchen prep, and help with catered events, working with chefs and servers to keep areas clean and organized.

The position offers a generous benefits package and paid time off. Candidates should be able to lift up to 40 lbs and work well in a team. Visa sponsorship is not available for the 2026-27 year.

Responsibilities

• Wash dishes, pots, and pans
• Maintain clean and organized dish room area
• Store dishes, pots, pans and small wares in designated areas
• Maintain clean floors and common kitchen areas
• Empty trash and recyclables as needed
• Assist Chef, Servers and cooks in areas of prep and food production
• Maintains Temp logs of Dishwashing equipment
• Help put up orders in designated areas and restock areas as needed
• Sets up or break down dish machine and area at beginning or end of shift
• Alerts team members of broken equipment or issues
• Other duties as assigned

8/3/2026 Miss Hall's School seeks Dishwasher/Utility Prep person to

assist in our dining program. This position works with other team

members to keep the kitchen, dishes, and dining room clean and

organized. As a Utility person they would also help with catered events

in both set up, production and breakdown. Opportunity to learn other

tasks in the kitchen such as soups, prep and ordering also available.

This is a 12-month position that includes a generous benefits package

Pay range: $17 - $18/ hour Please
