Qualifications

• Prior dishwashing experience preferred.
• Full-time and part-time schedules, various shifts including weekends.

Responsibilities

• Scrapes and rinses food from dirty dishes and washes them by hand or uses the dishwasher.
• Washes pots, pans and trays following procedures to ensure cleanliness and sanitation.
• Polishes silver using burnishing machine tumbler, chemical dip, buffing wheel and hand cloth.
• Maintains temperatures and chemical levels as outlined by standards.
• Keeps dish area orderly and adheres to safety standards.
• Sweeps and mops kitchen floors to ensure safety and sanitation.
• Removes trash and handles waste as required.
• Transfers supplies between storage and work areas.
• Helps load and unload supplies and products.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
