Job summary

Olympia Hospitality is hiring a dedicated Dishwasher to support our busy kitchen team at the Inn on Boltwood. You’ll ensure dishes, pots and utensils are clean, sanitized, and ready for service, while keeping the dishwashing area organized and safe.

Starting pay is $18 per hour with benefits and opportunities for growth. We value teamwork, reliability, and a strong work ethic in a fast-paced hospitality environment.

Qualifications

• Must be able to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment
• Ability to multitask and prioritize duties
• Strong attention to cleanliness and sanitation standards
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and holidays
• Physical stamina to stand for long periods and lift heavy objects
• Prior dishwashing experience preferred but not required

Responsibilities

• Operate commercial dishwashing equipment safely and efficiently
• Wash, rinse, and sanitize dishes, pots, pans, utensils and kitchenware
• Sort and stack clean dishes and store properly
• Empty and clean trash regularly
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dishwashing area
• Follow safety and sanitation policies, including chemical handling
• Adhere to food handling and storage guidelines to prevent cross-contamination
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to maintain smooth workflow
