Kimpton Hotels & Restaurants at The Caledonian in Pacific Grove, CA is seeking a kitchen/dishwashing associate. You will support Cooks, Bussers, Bartenders, and Servers, ensuring clean, safe work areas and efficient service for guests.

We value prior experience, reliability, and the ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays. Benefits include PTO, medical/dental/vision, 401k, and more; the pay rate is $20.00 per hour in this role.

Qualifications

• Prior experience is preferred.
• Food Handler Certification (if applicable).
• Dedicated and hardworking.
• Able to follow verbal instructions and training, and able to work with minimal direction or supervision to complete assigned tasks.
• Flexible schedule and are able to work evenings, weekends and holidays when needed.

What You'll Do

Ensure guests receive clean and spotless china, silverware, and glassware. Provide Cooks, Bussers, Bartenders, and Servers with support and assistance. Keep all areas clean, dry, and safe for other workers, all the while providing outstanding service to our guests along the way.

Some of your responsibilities include:

• Wash dishes, glassware, equipment, and silverware by hand when necessary.
