Job summary

Delaware North Parks and Resorts is hiring part-time Dishwashers to join our team at Tenaya Lodge at Yosemite in Fish Camp, California. You will ensure cleanliness and sanitation of kitchenware, supporting guest satisfaction and health standards across the food service operation.

This position offers evenings and days shifts, on-call and holiday coverage, with weekly pay and a pathway to growth within our national locations. Housing options and benefits are provided where applicable.

• Capacity to work cooperatively with others.

Responsibilities

• Use hands or a dishwasher to clean dishes, glassware, pots, pans, flatware, and kitchen items, ensuring all sanitizer levels on dish machines and pot sinks meet the specific requirements for health standards
• Store clean dishes, utensils, and cooking equipment
• Clean work area including equipment, floors, walls, and cooking area, keeping the kitchen wares storage organised
• Remove trash from the dish room and transport it to the dumpster, as well as clean and sanitize the garbage cans

Through exceptional standards, both in the kitchen and in food and beverage serving equipment, you will ensure the health and safety of guests.

Pay

$20.00 - $20.00 / hour

What will you do?
