Job summary

Crescent Hotels & Resorts in Syracuse seeks a Dishwasher to support our Banquets operation, keeping all china, glassware and silverware clean and organized. You’ll contribute to smooth service in a fast-paced, guest-facing environment and play a vital role in upholding hotel standards.

Daily tasks include maintaining sanitation across the dishroom and kitchen, breaking down machines, sorting and storing ware, and assisting with general duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Experience handling high volumes of dishes required
• Experience working in Banquets, Catering or large party environments preferred
• Flexible availability including days, evening and weekends required

Responsibilities

• Maintain sanitation and cleanliness of all areas of the dishroom, kitchen aisle, and dock area.
• Break down trays, set up dish machine, wash dishware, and sort and store all clean china, glass and silver using proper procedures.
• Empty trashcans and wash inside and outside.
• Break down dish machine and clean inside and outside.
• Perform any other job-related duties as assigned.

Marriott Syracuse Downtown seeks Dishwasher to clean, transport and store all china, glassware and silverware. Maintain cleanliness in all kitchen areas and back dock.
