Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Ensure guest satisfaction by keeping dishes, pots, pans, and utensils clean and sanitized.
• Maintain dishwashing station, three-compartment sink and related areas.
• Ensure equipment is clean and in working order; report issues to management.
• Perform other light maintenance and custodial tasks.
• Maintain excellent customer service and positive attitude toward guests and coworkers.
• Adhere to safety policies and food sanitation procedures.
• Protect company assets and ensure security of valuables.
