Job summary

Live! Hospitality & Entertainment Arlington is seeking a Dishwasher to support a fast-paced kitchen in a sports-entertainment venue. You will maintain the dish area, assist with cleaning other spaces, and help keep the kitchen organized and sanitary during all shifts.

Candidates should have prior customer service or restaurant experience and fluency in English. Nights, weekends, and holidays may be required to cover events and game days.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the dish room and dish machine; assist with cleaning other areas.
• Maintain a clean and tidy environment.
• Perform multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Communicate effectively with co-workers.
• Operate dishwashing machines per company and manufacturer specs.
• Restock dishes, glassware, utensils, pots and pans.
• Keep trash and dumpster areas clean and organized.
• Assist with taking out garbage when needed.
• Assist with cleaning, sanitation, and organization of kitchen, walk-in coolers, and storage areas.

Dishwasher Responsibilities Include, But Not Limited To

• Maintaining the dish room and dish machine, and assists with cleaning other areas of the space as requested.
• Maintaining a clean and tidy environment.
• Perform more than one task at a time.

• Operate dish washing machines to company and manufacturer specifications.
• Restock all dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, and pans throughout the shift.
• Keep all trash and dumpster areas clean and organized.
• Assist with taking out garbage when needed.
• Assist with the cleaning, sanitation, and organization of the kitchen, walk-in coolers, and all storage areas.

Dishwasher Qualifications

• Prior customer service and/or restaurant experience preferred.
• Must speak fluent English, other languages preferred.
• May be required to work nights, weekend and holidays.

The Dishwasher position requires the ability to perform the following:

• Carrying or lifting items weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Stand for an entire shift.
• Safely move about in all areas of the kitchen.
