Sally’s Apizza is hiring a dishwasher to support busy service periods in our Norwalk location. The role requires standing for extended periods and lifting up to 50 lbs, with a focus on reliability and teamwork.

We offer a fast-paced, hospitality-driven environment where you will handle dishware, maintain clean and organized workstations, and assist with stock and sanitation to ensure excellent guest service.

Qualifications

• English language proficiency; basic Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Collect used kitchenware from trays and transport to washing area.
• Load and unload dishwashing machines according to capacity.
• Ensure there are always enough clean dishes, glasses, and utensils during peak hours.
• Maintain stock of cleaning supplies and inventory.
• Check washing machines and report any issues promptly.
• Sanitize the kitchen area to uphold hygiene standards.

DESCRIPTION & RESPONSIBILITIES

As the dishwasher you will. . .

• Collect used kitchenware from trays.
• Load and unload dishwashing machines.
• Ensure there are always enough clean dishes, glasses, and utensils, especially during peak hours.
• Maintain cleaning supplies stock.
• Check washing machines ‘operation and promptly report any technical/performance issues.
• Sanitize the kitchen area.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Language

• Hands-on experience with industrial washing machines.
