Job summary

Huntingtonretirement is seeking a Dishwasher/Server to support residents with meals and service in our Dietary Services department. The role combines dishwashing duties with guest service, tray assembly, and helping maintain a clean, sanitary kitchen environment.

Shifts range from full-time mornings to part-time evenings; candidates must be vaccinated, have a Safe Serve Food Handler’s Card, and pass a Live Scan background check.

Qualifications

• Vaccinated against Covid-19 including Booster and present proof.
• Requires an active and current Safe Serve Food Handler’s Card.
• Must clear Live Scan background check.
• Authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Assists with meal preparation according to menus, directions, and instructions.
• Reads listings of restricted or special-order diets to assure residents’ dietary orders and restrictions are followed.
• Places items such as eating utensils, napkins, and condiments on tables.
• Prepares food items such as sandwiches, salads, soups, and beverages.
• Greets and serves meals to residents.
• Collects and stacks dirty dishes in busing tubs and returns all items used in meal service to kitchen.
