Job summary

LCB Senior Living in Traditions of Dedham, MA is seeking a Dishwasher. You will maintain a clean kitchen, wash dishes, and assist chefs and servers to provide a restaurant-style dining experience for residents.

Responsibilities

• Provide a high level of customer service and promote a restaurant style dining atmosphere.
• Maintain kitchen in a clean, safe, and sanitary condition at all times.
• Wash and store all dishes and equipment in accordance with policy and procedures.
• Keep floors clean and manage trash.
• Assist with food order storage and organization.
• Assist chefs and servers as assigned.
• Support events, banquets, and themed meals.
• Follow cleaning schedules and food safety practices.
• Communicate resident preferences to dining leadership.
