Job summary

Colony Bay Club, part of Troon, in Bonita Springs, FL is seeking a Seasonal Dishwasher to support a fast-paced hospitality operation. This role is ideal for someone eager to learn, contribute, and grow within a global leader in golf and community management.

You will help maintain cleanliness and sanitation of all dishes and the kitchen area, with nights, weekends and holidays required. Training is provided, and reliable attendance is essential.

Qualifications

• No prior experience required but will train.
• Must be willing to work nights, weekends and holidays.
• Regular and reliable attendance.

Responsibilities

• Cleans, sanitizes, and properly stocks of all dishes, pots, pans, flatware, and glassware.
• Maintains cleanliness of entire kitchen including dry storage and walk-in cooler, sweeping, and mopping.
• Empties the kitchen trash receptacles and properly disposes of garbage.
• Performs daily cleaning to include dry storage, walk-in shelving, steam tables, hoods, and exhaust system.
• Stores all dishes and other wares in proper areas.
• Incorporates safe work practices in job performance.
• Cleans, washes, and sanitizes all dishes and cleans kitchen after close.
• Performs other duties as required.

Role Type: Seasonal (Position will last 6 months or less)

Overview:

The Dishwasher and general utility position is responsible for maintaining cleanliness and sanitation of all dishes, pots, pans, flatware, and glassware. This position also ensures the dishwashing area is maintained as a clean, safe, and sanitary facility.

Responsibilities:

Cleans, sanitizes, and properly stocks of all dishes, pots, pans, flatware, and glassware.

Maintains cleanliness of entire kitchen including dry storage and walk-in cooler, sweeping, and mopping.
