This entry-level role requires no prior experience — the company provides on-the-job training — and offers a consistent Monday-through-Friday daytime schedule at a fixed pay rate of $16.00 per hour.

Role Overview

The dishwasher maintains dishes, pots, pans, trays, kitchen work areas, equipment, and utensils in orderly and sanitary condition. Working within a high-volume corporate dining environment, this position plays a critical part in keeping kitchen operations running smoothly and in compliance with health and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Scrape and rinse food from dirty dishes; wash by hand or place in racks or on conveyor to dishwashing machine depending on assigned equipment.
• Wash pots, pans, and trays based on assigned procedures, ensuring complete cleanliness and sanitation.
• Polish silver using burnishing machine tumbler, chemical dip, buffing wheel, and hand cloth as assigned.
• Maintain proper temperatures and chemical levels as outlined by provided standards.
• Sweep and mop kitchen floors to ensure compliance with safety and sanitation standards.
• Wash worktables, walls, refrigerators, meat blocks, and other food prep surfaces.
• Remove trash and place it in designated containers; steam clean or hose out garbage cans.
• Transfer supplies and equipment between storage and work areas; assist with loading and unloading supplies and product.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Schedule and Compensation

• Hours: Full time, Monday – Friday, 7:00 am – 3:00 pm. More details upon interview.
• Pay Rate: Fixed at $16.00 per hour.
• Location: BAC - 16001 North Dallas Parkway, Addison, TX 75001.
