Job summary

Cunningham Restaurant Group is hiring a Dishwasher for RIZE, Ironworks in Indianapolis, IN. This role supports the kitchen by rinsing and cleaning dishes, maintaining sanitation, and assisting with basic prep tasks as needed. The position is available as full-time or part-time Back of House work.

Training provided; dependability and ability to work in a fast-paced environment are valued by our team. Ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 25 lbs, and follow safety guidelines is expected.

Responsibilities

• Rinse dirty dishes, glassware, cutlery, kitchen utensils, etc. and place them in appropriate dish racks for processing in the dish machine
• Maintain the dishwasher’s chemical levels to ensure sanitation of dishes. Fill/ empty soak tubs with cleaning/sanitizing solutions for kitchen pots/pans and other utensils as necessary
• Sweep debris in the kitchen/prep area and mop floors after service and collects and removes kitchen trash
• Some locations use dishwashers for some prep items

Dishwashers assist in maintaining the cleanliness and sanitation of dishes, glassware, cutlery, pots/pans, kitchen utensils, etc. This position also aids in upholding state-specific health department standards in the kitchen.
