Flagship Facility Services, Inc. is seeking a Dish Machine Operator to maintain cleanliness and sanitation in a fast-paced corporate kitchen.

The role involves operating the dish machine, hand washing when needed, stocking supplies, and ensuring dishes, glassware, and utensils are cleaned to required temperatures. Candidates should have a High School diploma or equivalent and 0-1 year of kitchen experience.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• 0-1 year experience in a full-service kitchen environment preferred.
• Must have and maintain a ServSafe Handlers Card.
• Able to work in a fast-paced kitchen with high noise level and heat.

Responsibilities

• Load, run and unload the dish machine to ensure all dishes, glassware and utensils are clean and ready for service.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of pots, pans, and trayware that require hand washing.
• Sort and rinse dirty dishes, glassware and tableware and place in racks for the dish machine.
• Transport clean dishes to proper storage areas and keep the dish pit clean.
• Monitor dish machine temperatures and notify manager if out of spec.
