Provincial Senior Living, LLC is seeking a dedicated Dishwasher to join our team in Grapevine, TX.

You will operate the dishwashing machine, sanitize all wares, and maintain a clean, safe food service area. The role supports production with timely supply handling and follows established safety and hygiene standards to ensure excellent service for our residents.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• One year of previous experience preferred.
• Ability to work flexible hours as needed.
• Ability to handle multiple priorities.

Responsabilidades

• Operates dishwashing machine and sanitizes dishes, silverware, glasses, and cooking equipment.
• Keeps food service areas clean and safe by sweeping, mopping and cleaning the dish machine.
• Cleans production equipment as directed by supervisor.
• Maintains high standards of appearance, cleanliness, hygiene, and health.
• Follows daily and weekly cleaning schedules.
• Adheres to safety and loss prevention procedures.
• Records and maintains service standards and regulatory documentation.
• Assists receiving of food and non-food supplies.

• Maintains clean, sanitary, clutter free and safe environment in food services areas by sweeping, mopping and pressure washing floors, cleaning and sanitizing dish machine.
• Cleans production equipment as needed or directed by supervisor.
• Maintains or exceed standards of appearance, cleanliness, hygiene, and health standards.
• Follows daily and weekly cleaning schedules.
• Practices all safety and loss prevention procedures.
• Records and maintains documentation for the following measures for service standards and regulatory compliance.
• Assists in receiving of food and non-food supplies.

Qualifications:
