Starting pay ranges from $16 to $18 per hour, with an additional $2–$3 per hour in tips and other benefits. The job emphasizes teamwork, reliability, and the physical stamina to work in a fast-paced restaurant environment.

Qualifications

• Passion for real, good food and willingness to learn culinary practices.

• Ability to perform physical tasks (lifting up to 25–50 pounds).

Responsibilities

• Wash dishes, pots, etc. as assigned.
• Maintain cleanliness of dishwashing and prep stations.
• Stock cleaning supplies and dishes.
• Sort and dispose of trash appropriately.
• Support team and managers with daily tasks.
• Gain exposure to multiple kitchen stations.
• Assist during peak and off-peak service as needed.
• Adapt to extended periods of movement in the kitchen.
• Adhere to DIG food safety standards and anti-discrimination policies.
• Contribute to the mission of rebuilding the food system.
