Job summary

Sifted in Bellevue, WA is hiring a Dishwasher to support our culinary team and maintain high cleanliness and food safety standards during daily lunch service for startups.

You'll work with an experienced executive chef in our commissary kitchen, perform light prep, receive shipments, and help with storage; benefits include health insurance, 401(k), PTO, earned wage access, and free lunch.

Qualifications

• ServSafe Food Handler certification required
• Willingness to learn and work in a fast-paced kitchen

Responsibilities

• Dishwashing
• Receiving and storing food shipments
• Cleaning and organizing walk in and dry storage
• Cleaning and closing duties (trash, cardboard)
• Light food prep
• Communicating with chef and manager about any kitchen related issues
• Has worked in previous kitchen roles such as line cook, prep/dishwasher, porter
• Has had experience with catering and event servicing
• Has the ability to bend, twist, and stand
• Has the ability to lift and/or move up to 50 lbs
