The ideal candidate has at least 1 year of porter or dishwasher experience, a strong work ethic, and the ability to work in a fast-paced setting while lifting up to 50 pounds. Eligible to work in the United States and proficient in English are required.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year as a porter or dishwasher; high-volume restaurant experience a plus.
• Must possess exceptional work ethic.
• Ability to work in an organized and professional manner.
• Ability to demonstrate quick thinking and adaptability in a constantly changing environment.
• Receptive to constructive criticism and performance feedback.
• Must be able to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
• Able to stand for long periods of time.
• Command of the English language.
• Must be eligible to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of all kitchen areas, including dish station and walk-in.
• Ensure proper FIFO practices in walk-in and organization.
• Handle trash and recycling removal as needed.
• Wash dishes and kitchen equipment as necessary.
• Maintain areas in the dining room that require cleaning.
