Job summary

DIG INN is hiring a Porter to support our scratch-based kitchen. You will wash dishes, help maintain clean stations, stock supplies, and assist with daily tasks across multiple stations, while earning hourly pay plus tips and benefits. This is a great entry path into restaurant operations with growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Experience with dishwashing and maintaining clean workstations.
• Ability to multi-task and support kitchen teammates.
• Good communication with managers and team members.
• Physical ability to lift up to 25–50 pounds as needed.

Responsibilities

• Wash dishes, pots, etc using dishwashers or by hand.
• Maintain cleanliness in dishwashing and prep kitchen work stations.
• Stock cleaning supplies and dishes in their respective areas.
• Sort and remove trash, placing it in designated pick up areas.
• Support team members and managers with daily cleaning tasks.
• Gain exposure to different stations within the DIG kitchen.
• Work to support the team during peak and off peak service.
• Move in the kitchen for extended periods of time and follow safety rules.

YOU WILL:

• Wash dishes, pots, etc using dishwashers or by hand.
• Maintain cleanliness in dishwashing and prep kitchen work stations.
• Stock cleaning supplies and dishes in their respective areas.

• Support team members and managers with daily cleaning tasks.
