Job summary

Flagship Restaurant Group in Phoenix, AZ is seeking a reliable, detail-oriented team player to join our kitchen crew as a dishwasher/utility. You will support a fast-paced environment by keeping dishes, utensils, and cookware clean and readily available for the team.

You will follow strict sanitation practices and help maintain a safe, organized kitchen while contributing to smooth restaurant operations and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Dishwashing experience in a fast-paced setting is a plus.
• Ability to work as part of a team in a busy kitchen.

• Ensure proper sanitary cycles and machine upkeep to maintain cleanliness standards.
• Keep a steady flow of clean dishes, utensils, and cookware to support the team.
• Occasionally assist with portioning food items and supporting general restaurant cleanliness and upkeep.
• Follow all sanitation and hygiene practices to maintain a clean, safe work environment.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operation across departments.
• Maintain organization and keep all work areas clean and orderly.
