This role requires the ability to lift up to 50 pounds, work flexible hours including evenings and weekends, and follow safety and sanitation standards as outlined in the Employee Handbook.

Qualifications

• Experience operating dishwashing machines and using cleaning supplies efficiently.
• Ability to wash, sanitize, and dry all kitchenware and utensils thoroughly.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Proficiency in safely using kitchen tools and equipment.
• Effective communication and ability to follow instructions.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a steady workflow to keep up with kitchen and dining area needs.
• Sanitize and restock cleaned items promptly to proper places.
• Monitor dishwashing equipment and report issues to management.
• Track cleaning supplies and inform management when replenishment is needed.
• Help keep back of the house and restrooms clean and orderly.
