Job summary

Unidine in Saint Louis, MO is seeking a part-time dishwasher to support a busy kitchen. Location is Bethesda Southgate in Saint Louis, MO 63129 with two shift options: 8:00 am–4:30 pm and 12:00 pm–8:00 pm; days may vary. No experience is required and training will be provided.

Responsibilities

• Scrapes and rinses food from dirty dishes and washes them by hand or places them in racks or on conveyor to dishwashing machine depending on assigned equipment.
• Washes pots, pans and trays; ensures complete cleanliness and sanitation.
• Polishes silver using burnishing machine tumbler, chemical dip, buffing wheel and hand cloth.
• Maintains temperatures and chemical levels as outlined by provided standards.
• Keeps dish area orderly and in compliance with safety standards.
• Sweeps and mops kitchen floors to ensure safety and sanitation.
