Job summary

The Good Samaritan Home of Quincy is seeking a part-time Dishwasher to join our kitchen team. The successful candidate will operate dishwashing equipment, clean and sanitize dishes, and support daily kitchen operations to keep the facility running smoothly.

Position is 20-24 hours per week, with shift hours 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM on weekdays and every other weekend. We offer benefits including health coverage, PTO, 401K, and more to qualifying employees.

Qualifications

• Ability to understand and follow instructions in English.
• Ability to set up and operate dishwashing equipment.

Responsibilities

• Performs under the direction of supervisory personnel, dish and pot washing, general cleaning duties
• Sets up the dish and pot washing area
• Prepares for dish washing and washes pots, dishes and utensils
• Distributes and stores clean posts, dishes and utensils
• Cleans and sanitizes production equipment, work surfaces and kitchen according to cleaning schedules and procedures
• Empties trash containers as required
