Job Summary

We are hiring immediately for part‑time DISHWASHER positions at Morrison Healthcare (Baptist North Little Rock). The location is 333 Springhill Drive, North Little Rock, AR 72117. Online applications only.

Position Details

• Schedule: Part‑time; open availability preferred. Days, nights, weekends, and holidays required; hours may vary.

• Experience: Minimum of 1 year previous dishwashing experience.

• Compensation: $15.00 per hour (fixed pay rate).

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Scrape and rinse food from dirty dishes and wash by hand or load into racks or conveyors.
• Wash pots, pans, and trays according to assigned procedures.
• Polish silverware using burnishing or buffing equipment.
• Ensure compliance with safety procedures.
• Maintain temperatures and chemical levels as required.
• Keep dish area orderly and in compliance with safety standards.
• Sweep and mop kitchen floors to meet sanitation standards.
• Wash worktables, walls, refrigerators, meat blocks, and other food‑prep surfaces.
• Remove trash and clean containers.
• Transfer supplies and equipment between storage and work areas.
• Assist in loading and unloading supplies and product.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
