Job summary

Sunrise Senior Living in New Jersey is seeking a Dishwasher to support kitchen operations, maintain sanitary dishwashing stations, and ensure all dishware and equipment meet food safety standards. You will help sustain a clean, organized kitchen that supports high-quality meal service for residents.

Qualifications

• Experience with dishwashing in a food service environment.
• Knowledge of food safety standards.
• Ability to maintain logs and sanitation records.

Responsibilities

• Set up and maintain dishwashing and pot washing stations.
• Operate dish machines per manufacturer instructions.
• Wash and sanitize dishes, utensils, glassware, and cookware.
• Maintain accurate temperature and sanitation logs.
• Complete daily and weekly cleaning assignments.
• Clean kitchen equipment, floors, and prep areas.
• Assist with storage, labeling, and rotation of supplies.
• Follow OSHA and food safety regulations at all times.
• Support dining service duties as assigned.
