Job Overview

We are hiring immediately for part‑time DISHWASHER positions at Morrison Healthcare (a Compass Healthcare company). The location is 2070 Century Park East, Los Angeles, CA 90067. Online applications are accepted only.

Schedule: Part‑time; days may vary. Typical shift is 12:30 PM to 8:30 PM. Details will be provided during the interview.

Pay: Fixed rate of $25.00 per hour.

Qualifications

• Prior dishwashing experience preferred.
• Must be able to perform the essential functions of this position satisfactorily with or without a reasonable accommodation.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Scrape and rinse food from dirty dishes and wash them by hand or place them in racks or on conveyor to the dishwashing machine, depending on assigned equipment. Ensure complete cleanliness and sanitation.
• Wash pots, pans, and trays based on assigned procedures. Ensure complete cleanliness and sanitation.
• Polish silver using burnishing machine, tumbler, chemical dip, buffing wheel, and hand cloth as assigned. Ensure complete cleanliness and sanitation.
• Ensure compliance with outlined safety procedures.
• Maintain temperatures and chemical levels as outlined by provided standards.
• Keep the dish area orderly and in compliance with safety standards.
• Sweep and mop kitchen floors to ensure compliance with safety and sanitation standards.
• Wash work tables, walls, refrigerators, meat blocks, and other food prep surfaces.
• Remove trash and place it in designated containers. Steam‑clean or hose out garbage cans.
• Transfer supplies and equipment between storage and work areas.
• Help load and unload supplies and product.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
