We are hiring immediately for a part‑time DISHWASHER position at CHS Navarro Hospital, Corsicana, TX. Online applications accepted only. Part‑time schedule; open availability preferred. Onsite training is provided. Fixed pay rate: $12.00 per hour.

Job Summary

Maintains dishes, pots, pans, trays, kitchen work areas, equipment, and utensils in an orderly and sanitary condition.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Scrape and rinse food from dirty dishes and wash by hand or place them in racks or on conveyor to the dishwashing machine depending on assigned equipment, ensuring complete cleanliness and sanitation.
• Wash pots, pans, and trays according to assigned procedures, ensuring complete cleanliness and sanitation.
• Polish silver using burnishing machine tumblers, chemical dips, buffing wheels, and hand cloths as assigned, ensuring complete cleanliness and sanitation.
• Ensure compliance with safety procedures.
• Maintain temperatures and chemical levels as outlined by provided standards.
• Keep the dish area orderly and compliant with safety standards.
• Sweep and mop kitchen floors to ensure compliance with safety and sanitation standards.
• Wash worktables, walls, refrigerators, meat blocks, and other food prep surfaces.
• Remove trash and place it in designated containers; steam‑clean or hose out garbage cans.
• Transfer supplies and equipment between storage and work areas.
• Help load and unload supplies and products.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
