Job summary

Spectrum Retirement Communities is seeking a part-time dishwashing associate at Anthem area facilities. This role involves cleaning, washing, and sanitizing kitchenware and equipment during varied shifts.

You will work in a team-based environment with opportunities to contribute to a comfortable dining experience. Ideal candidates are self-motivated, physically able to lift up to 40 lbs, and able to communicate effectively with kitchen staff and supervisors.

Qualifications

• Self-starter with ability to work independently.
• Able to communicate in an interdisciplinary team.
• Capable of frequent movement and lifting up to 30–40 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Perform dish, pot washing, and general cleaning duties.
• Wash utensils, chinaware, eating utensils, and glassware for reset of dining room.
• Clean and sanitize production equipment, work surfaces, and kitchen according to cleaning schedules and procedures.
• Clean dish room, including washing floor mats, draining and cleaning dishwasher and shining stainless steel.
• Sweep and mop dish room, kitchen floors, storage areas and other areas pertaining to kitchen.

Schedule: Part-Time, Varied Shifts

In this position, your main responsibilities will include:

To be successful in this position, we believe that you need the following experiences, strengths, and skills:

• must be self starter
• must be able to communicate in an interdisciplinary team
• must be able to sit, stand, bend, lift, push, pull, stoop, walk and move frequently during working hours
• must be able to lift, and carry up to 30 lbs. and push or pull up to 40 lbs.
