Job summary

Topgolf in Memphis is seeking a diligent Dishwasher to support our culinary team in a fast-paced kitchen. You will wash dishes, maintain clean workspaces, and help with deliveries while upholding safety and sanitation standards.

Ideal candidates have basic sanitation knowledge, strong reliability, and the ability to stand for long periods. A high school diploma may be preferred, and prior dishwashing experience is a plus. Join a team that values cleanliness and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Wash dishes and utensils using dishwashers or by hand.
• Store clean dishes and cooking equipment properly.
• Maintain clean and orderly kitchen areas.
• Sweep, mop, empty trash, and ensure safety in the kitchen area.
• Sort and remove trash to designated pickup areas.
• Ensure compliance with sanitation and food safety guidelines.
• Assist with unloading and storing deliveries.
• Perform other kitchen duties as assigned by the culinary team or supervisor.

Job Responsibilities

• Wash dishes, glassware, flatware, pots, or pans using dishwashers or by hand.
• Place clean dishes, utensils, and cooking equipment in designated storage areas.
• Maintain kitchen work areas, equipment, and utensils in clean and orderly condition.
• Sweep and mop floors, empty trash, and ensure cleanliness and safety in the kitchen area.
• Sort and remove trash, placing it in designated pickup areas.
• Ensure compliance with sanitation regulations and food safety guidelines.
• Assist with unloading and storing deliveries.

Critical Skills & Experience Requirements

• No specific educational requirements; a high school diploma or equivalent may be preferred.
