Job summary

Topgolf in Memphis is seeking a dedicated Dishwasher to support a fast-paced culinary team. You will wash dishes, keep cookware clean, and help with storage while maintaining sanitary conditions and safety standards. This role requires attention to detail, physical stamina, and the ability to work efficiently under pressure.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Experience as a dishwasher or in a similar role is a plus.
• Able to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
• Detail-oriented with strong hygiene standards.
• Able to stand long hours and lift heavy trays.
• Knowledge of sanitation and food safety standards.
• Team player with good communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Wash dishes, glassware, and utensils using dishwashers or by hand.
• Place clean dishes and cookware in designated storage areas.
• Maintain clean and orderly kitchen work areas and equipment.
• Sweep, mop, and manage trash for cleanliness and safety.
• Sort and remove trash to designated pickup areas.
• Ensure compliance with sanitation regulations and food safety guidelines.
• Assist with unloading and storing deliveries.
• Perform other kitchen duties as assigned by the culinary team.

Job Responsibilities

• Wash dishes, glassware, flatware, pots, or pans using dishwashers or by hand.
• Place clean dishes, utensils, and cooking equipment in designated storage areas.
• Maintain kitchen work areas, equipment, and utensils in clean and orderly condition.
• Sweep and mop floors, empty trash, and ensure cleanliness and safety in the kitchen area.
• Sort and remove trash, placing it in designated pickup areas.
• Ensure compliance with sanitation regulations and food safety guidelines.
• Assist with unloading and storing deliveries.
• Perform other kitchen duties as assigned by the culinary team or supervisor.

Skills & Experience Requirements

• No specific educational requirements; a high school diploma or equivalent may be preferred.
• Proven experience as a dishwasher or in a similar role is a plus.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and demanding kitchen environment.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards.
• Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift heavy trays or dish racks.
• Basic knowledge of sanitation regulations and food safety standards.
• Team player attitude with effective communication skills.
