Job summary

The Waterford at Fort Worth is seeking a Dishwasher to join its team in Fort Worth, TX. You will be responsible for cleaning and sanitizing dishware, maintaining kitchen cleanliness, and assisting the cook during meals, while engaging with residents in a courteous manner.

Qualifications

• Highschool Diploma or GED preferred.
• Attends all in-service education programs mandated by Corporate SSL, State and Federal guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for proper cleaning and handling of all utensils, pots, pans, china, glassware and silverware in dishwasher area.
• Cleans and sanitizes all tableware and cookware used in the service and preparation of meals to the guest; cleans and organizes all dish areas and storage areas as necessary and as directed.
• Handles the overall cleanliness of the kitchen and service areas and assists the cook on the serving line during meal periods.
• Interacts with residents, families, staff and other visitors to the community in a pleasant, respectful and courteous manner.
