We are seeking a dedicated, organized, and detail-oriented Dishwasher to join our exceptional commissary kitchen team. This role is essential in ensuring smooth kitchen operations, making it an exciting opportunity to be part of a fast‑paced and team‑oriented environment. Responsibilities

• Ensure clean dishes, pots, pans, and flatware are always available.
• Clear the dish window and store clean dishes appropriately.
• Clean and maintain kitchen equipment and appliances, such as coffee makers, pots, pans, mixers, etc.
• Clean the dishwasher and triple sink at the end of the night.
• Sweep and mop floors, ensuring a safe and clean workspace at all times (especially if items are broken or spilled).
• Take out the trash and rinse garbage cans.
• Assist with unloading delivery trucks and restocking items.
• Support your team and other restaurant staff with additional tasks as needed to ensure smooth kitchen operations.

• Strong problem‑solving, communication, and time‑management skills.
