Job summary

Genesis Health is seeking a Dishwasher to ensure dishes are properly cleaned for food service in a kitchen environment. You will handle sinks, wash and organize dishes, and maintain cleanliness across front and back of house areas.

Responsibilities include trash removal, cleaning of bathrooms, sweeping, mopping, and restocking supplies. The role supports smooth dining operations and requires attention to cleanliness and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bilingual in Spanish a plus, however, not required.

Responsibilities

• Fill sinks with proper cleaning solutions and change as needed.
• Clean and organize dirty pans, plates, containers, etc.
• Check trash cans regularly and take out trash.
• Run any dirty dishes or unclean plates/utensils through dishwasher.
• Return all plates to front service area and place on proper shelves.
• Have broom and clean mop ready in case of accidents or spills in both front and back of house.
• Make sure all counters, bus bins, glass tops, display cases and dining areas are clean.
• Break down all cardboard boxes.
• Checking, cleaning and restocking of bathrooms.
• Pull up mats from the floor, sweep area and mop both front and back of house.

Education

Bilingual in Spanish (a plus)
