Qualifications

• Must be able to follow verbal and written directions.
• Must be able to work with industrial cleaning supplies.
• Must be able to work with minimal supervision.
• Ability to successfully multi-task several duties at one time.

Responsibilities

• Sweep and mop floors; clean walls and floor mats.
• Remove refuse; clean trash containers; maintain loading dock area.
• Pick up trash in kitchen and loading dock area.
• Maintain walk-in refrigerators.
• Maintain cleanliness of storage areas, tools and equipment.
• Participate in dish area operations; return items not cleaned for a second wash.
• Change and dispose of grease.
• Maintain safety and sanitation; notify Manager of accidents; complete incident reports.
