Job summary

Erickson Senior Living’s Windsor Run community in Matthews, NC is seeking a part-time kitchen/utility associate to keep our dining and storage areas organized and clean. You’ll assist with inventory, receiving, stocking, and follow safety protocols to protect team members and guests.

Starting wage is $15.00 per hour with PTO, medical/dental/vision benefits for eligible staff, a 3% 401k match, and on-site wellness services. Weekend/holiday availability is required as part of a dynamic dining team.

Qualifications

• Prior service and/or kitchen experience preferred.
• Ability to follow written instructions and schedules.
• Be able to lift and/or move objects weighing up to 25 pounds.
• Ability to work weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional organization and cleanliness for kitchen, dining and storage areas, equipment, and food preparation areas
• Support stock/utility team members with inventory, receiving, verification, stocking, and tracking
• Work safely using designated safety equipment, including personal protective equipment (PPE)
