Job summary

The Landon at Lake Highlands is hiring a Dining Services Utility to maintain an orderly and sanitary kitchen and dining areas in a full-time role. You will operate the dishwasher, clean and stock utensils, and support a safe, pleasant dining environment for residents.

Ideal candidates have a High School Diploma or GED, are dependable, and can lift up to 40 pounds. This position emphasizes excellent customer service and teamwork within our supportive community.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED at a minimum.
• Ability to read, write, and speak English.
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Able to lift up to 40 pounds and stand/walk for extended periods.
• Dependable and punctual.
• Completion of drug testing and criminal background check on hire.

Responsibilities

• General cleaning of kitchen and dining areas.
• Washes, air dries, and restocks plates, glasses, and silverware; maintain sanitation.
• Operates and maintains the dishwasher system.
• Follows safe handling and infection control procedures.
• Reports equipment safety issues to the Dining Services Director.
• Maintains a clean, safe, and sanitary kitchen at all times.
