Shift work, including evenings and weekends, is required. Typical schedule Monday to Friday, 6am to 2pm, with responsibilities spanning collecting, washing, storing items, and ensuring a continuous supply of clean utensils during

Qualifications

• Follow instructions and assist with various tasks.
• Strong time management skills.
• Attention to detail and sanitation rules.
• Willingness to work in shifts including weekends and evenings.

Responsibilities

• Collect used kitchenware from dining and kitchen areas.
• Load and unload dishwashing machines.
• Wash specific items by hand (e.g. wooden cutting boards, large pots, delicate china).
• Store clean pots, pans, dishes, glasses and equipment properly.
• Ensure adequate stock of clean pots, pans, dishes, glasses and utensils, especially during peak hours.
• Maintain cleaning supplies and notify supervisor when needed.
• Check washing machines' operation and report any issues.
• Remove garbage regularly.
• Sanitize the kitchen area including floors and surfaces.
