4 Rivers Smokehouse is hiring for full- or part-time kitchen team members to support dishwashing, cleaning, and food prep across the kitchen and dining areas. You will assist in peak hours, handle smoker/baker prep tasks, and help organize inventory while delivering friendly guest service.

Responsibilities

• Wash and organize dishes for the BOH.
• Perform scheduled cleanings throughout kitchen, dining room, and patio areas.
• Assist other BOH positions with tasks such as wrapping brisket, preparing cold prep items, monitoring trash levels.
• Assist BOH during peak hours.
• Perform Smoker, Baker, Hot Prep, and Cold Prep responsibilities as needed.
• Organize and put away inventory, dry goods, and fresh food.
