Cogir USA in Scottsdale, AZ seeks a Kitchen Utility Associate (Dishwasher) to keep our dining services running smoothly for residents in our senior living communities. You will wash, sanitize, and store dishes and cookware, assist kitchen staff, and maintain a clean, organized dishwashing area.

The role requires attention to detail, teamwork, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, including weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred but not required.
• Food Handler Card understanding of kitchen sanitation and food codes is a plus.
• At least 6–12 months experience in a dishwasher or kitchen support role is a plus, but not required.
• Experience in senior living, healthcare, or hospitality is highly desirable.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.”
• Able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Comfortable in hot, humid, and wet environments.
• Available for flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Responsabilités

• Wash and sanitize dishes, utensils, pots, pans, and kitchen equipment according to established protocols.
• Ensure items are dried and stored in designated areas.
• Maintain cleanliness of the dishwashing area, including floors.
• Promptly remove trash, recycling, and food waste.
• Clean mats and garbage pails.
• Clean and sanitize food preparation surfaces and storage areas.
• Support kitchen staff during meal prep and service by replenishing supplies.
• Resupply chemicals, towel dispensers, and soap dispensers for sanitary operations.
