Job summary

Responsibilities

• Learn food service routines quickly and efficiently.
• Set up meal trays and assist with serving meals.
• Strip down returned trays and start washing dishes.
• Operate the dishwasher and monitor water temperature and chlorine levels.
• Maintain clean and sanitary kitchen surfaces and floors.
• Carry out trash and grocery duties and assist with training of dietary staff.
