Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate a commercial dishwashing unit.
• Wash pots and pans as needed.
• Restock and maintain areas for china, silver, and small-wares.
• Properly clean and close kitchen at end-of-day.
• General cleaning of restaurant and work station.
• Stocking and organizing supplies.
