Job summary

Dave & Buster’s Inc. is seeking a Dishwasher to maintain cleanliness and safety in the kitchen while supporting a fast-paced, guest-focused environment. You will clean, sanitize, and properly store all dishes and utensils, and assist with prep and line maintenance as needed.

The role requires the ability to work days, nights, and weekends with a friendly, reliable attitude and good communication with guests and team members. Previous hotel/restaurant maintenance is a plus.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Able to lift up to 30 pounds and stand for long periods.
• Friendly, reliable and able to work days, nights and weekends.
• Clear communication with guests and team members.
• Previous hotel/restaurant maintenance preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Cleans, sanitizes, and stores all dishes, flatware, and glassware.
• Operates kitchen equipment safely and follows safety policies.
• Maintains cleanliness of kitchen and dish areas, floors, walls and drains.
• Assists with line maintenance, prep, and banquet items as needed.
• Keeps supervisor informed of issues and follows corrective actions.
