You will be responsible for cleaning and sanitizing dishware, maintaining a clean station, and supporting the kitchen during fast-paced service. The role requires flexibility to work a variety of shifts in a high-output dining environment.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Experience with kitchen equipment including knives, slicer, mixer, stoves and ovens.

Responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize all dishes, utensils and kitchen wares to hotel standard.
• Maintain a clean and organized station, including proper sanitation protocols.
• Coordinate with team during service, and assist opening and closing duties.
