Qualifications

• Experience with commercial dishwashing equipment or three-compartment sink procedures.
• Knowledge of food safety basics, such as proper sanitization temperatures and cross-contamination prevention.
• Familiarity with stock rotation methods like FIFO (First In, First Out) and inventory systems.
• Transferable skills like physical stamina, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently under time pressure.

Responsibilities

• Wash dishes and other kitchen duties as part of daily operations.
• Assist with receiving products, stock rotation, and general kitchen organization.
